Kamala Devi Hazarika

A Christian missionary was sent to Assam for the promotion of religion. His name was Cruz. He came across to one the boys from an influential family in Assam to teach him English. The pastor slowly began to study the house and he learned that the boy's grandmother was the most influential person in te house. ...
'Corrupting the grandmother's mind can make the whole family Christian as well as the whole village', he thought.
The pastor began to tell Grandma. How Jesus cured leprosy of lepers, how He gave sight to the blind, etc ...
But the strong Sanatani grandmother said ...
A stone turned into a living woman(Ahalya) for our Rama when he touched the stone. She spoke of Rama setu and how influenced by the name of Rama, stones was floating in seawater on the route to Lanka, and that they are still floating today. The priest continued his efforts but all his tricks went in vain.
One day he brought a cake from the church He believed that the old lady would not eat the cake. But contrary to his expectation, she took the cake and ate it
Feeling triumphant, the pastror told her .. 'Grandmother, you are eating the prasad of the church ... you are now a christian and your name is audrey. I hereby convert you to Christianity', he said. The grandmother pulled the priest by the ear and told him- ' How big a donkey you are and so are those of your religion who think like  you . If i am a christian for just eating a piece of cake. I feed you from my house every day so why don't you become a Hindu? You consume the food, air and water every day of this land then you have become a Hindu long back by this logic.' ...
This great lady played an instrumental role in saving the Nation from being misled and also prevented many Assamese from being led astray . Her name "Kamala Devi Hazarika", the famous revolutionary of Assam...

It also holds high significance in treating a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders like esophagitis, heartburn, diarrhoea, flatulence, peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Treats IBS
IBS also known as Grahani in Sanskrit is mostly caused due to excessive intake of food particles which are difficult to digest, unhealthy dietary choices, intake of foods that cause allergy, intake of foods low on nutrients, overeating, eating at irregular intervals, and other physical and mental factors like emotional problems, stress, etc. IBS can cause both diarrhoea and constipation.
