Save The Country From : Protection of Arts.3, 13 & 368 By Mr.B RAJENDER SINGH

[Protection of Arts.3, 13 & 368 to save the country from the repeat of 1946]

1.   Under the Constitution, under Article 81(1), the post-independent India is divided into some 550 Equal Lok  Sabha Constituencies to represent the all India political affairs in a single Political Platform.

2.  Under Article 81(2)(a), these constituencies  are  re-divided according to the equal population ratio of the country as per the Census update or by a certain Census figure.  Since 1951, these constituencies have been changed for the third time. Presently, these constituencies are empowered by 2001Census figures.

3.  A similar provision is made for every state [as per the recognition granted by Article 1(2)] to represent the individual state political affairs in a single political platform under Article 81(2)(b).  Now, this provision is also extended to some UTs. Under this, the total Assembly Seats in the country [including UTs Delhi and Pondicherry 70 + 30] is 4109.

4.  These two provisions [ Article 81(2)(a)&(b) ] along with Article 326 are in fact the most important provisions for the overall management of Arts.3, 13 & 368;  the overall management of this country’s political system and the most important reasons for most of the social problems in India.

5.  Since, the winning margin of a candidate is depended on the Adult Suffrage System; the tendency of every candidate by and large went towards the community lines.  Initially, for first 4 General Elections, it was a little better competition but slowly and steadily, the dynastical and community lines are becoming the first choice in every LS / MLA constituency nowadays.

6.   Since 5th General Elections, a social engineering has also come in place in every LS / MLA constituency. Now, there are 3 different categories of LS / MLA constituencies in India; (i) The Absolute Single Community / Religious Constituency; (ii) The Majority Single Community Constituency and (iii) The Mixed Population Constituency.

7.  In last 2009 General elections, out of 543 LS seats,  (i) some 100 LS candidates won the seats by an absolute single community / religious  votes, (ii) some 300 MP candidates won their seats by their own community along with exclusive certain minority  community support and (iii) only 143 LS Candidates won their seats by the popular mixed community votes.

8.  In the last round of state assembly elections, out of 4109 MLA seats; (i) Some 1,000 MLA constituencies are found exclusively controlled by a Single Community / Religion, (ii) Some 2000 MLA constituencies are found controlled by the ruling community with the exclusive minority religious votes and (iii) Only, in 1109 cases, MLAs are found winning the elections by a somewhat majority popular votes of mixed community line.

9.  Except this “community line conspiracy”, most of these Lok Sabha MPs and MLAs do not have any Constitutional Knowledge nor do they have any knowledge of Social Studies for this entire country.

10.  Now, most of these Dynastical / Religious / Fundamentalist MPs and MLAs who have been winning their seats by their own community / religious votes, in order to strengthen their dynasty / community/religion; advocating for smaller states by inciting the certain group of illiterate poor masses of people on the name of language / religion /community/ backwardness etc. So that, every one of them could establish J&K type new dynastical states with their own community / religion.

Please consider then under Article 51A of the Constitution of India and send me your reply back.

Thank You, Jai Hind.
