THE DIVISION OF TELENGANA By Mr.B RAJENDER SINGH

THE DIVISION OF TELENGANA  AT THIS LEVEL IS BIG CONSPIRACY BY SONIA GANDHI. IT IS MADE TO CREATE ANOTHER J&K IN THE HEART OF SOUTH INDIA.  THE ULTIMATE CONCEPT IS TO MAKE A RE-PARTITION OF THIS REMAINING INDIA.

1.  Though, the creation of “Telengana State” being shown to be a simple reason of a long pending demand from 1949 or 1956  but now, in a way, this is going to be not only digging up a 60 – 70 year old historical controversy already rejected by the patriotic national leaders and by the central leadership earlier but will also be indirectly an encouragement in opening up a panorama’s box for the narrow minded fundamentalists / regionalists/dynastical stalwarts  to start a new way of biological and demographical engineering and strengthening the geo-religious regions / constituencies everywhere in the country.

2.   In a way, it is also against the unity and integrity of this entire country and will be another beginning of sowing the seeds for the separatist movements in the country that was experimented by the British government in the united Bengal on 16th October 1905 and the first development of which we noticed in 1906 in Dhaka with a new political fundamentalism.  Before taking any division of Andhra Pradesh, we have to retrospect that dangerous fundamentalist movement which born on 16th October 1905 Dhaka and caused the declaration of partition of this country on 16th August 1946 also caused a religious carnage of some 2 crore Hindus and Muslims.

3. Today, to give permission to “Telengana” as a separate state by revoking the 1956 historical agreement [related to formation of a greater Andhra Pradesh State] is not only  indirectly giving in to the hidden real agenda of rejuvenating the lost Nizam’s State but indirectly, it also means creating  another J&K state in the heart of south India, limiting the central interference in Jammu and Kashmir back to 1949 agreement; giving the people of Sikkim and Goa to nullify the accession agreements between India and Sikkim and India and Goa.  And also,  permitting the descendants of 570 native princely states to re-establish their lost kingdom according to their own ideology.

4.  Today, separating Tenengana Area from Seemandhra, is not a simple detachment of the attachment that took place in 1956. It is no more an ordinary question of a simple love marriage life [without an issue] nullifying by a simple divorce law.  Today, the declaration of “Telengana” as a new state is nothing but rejuvenating a number of 1946 type separatist movements in every part of this country.

5.  In last 60 years, there have been a number of changes among the regions of this state and this separation cannot be implemented without addressing all such social, political, economic and religious changes. Indian Constitution gives everybody certain fundamental rights and guarantees the protection of all such fundamental rights but they do not include the misuse of these fundamental rights by such people.

6.  In September 1948, when the State of Hyderabad [ Nizam’s State] was incorporated into Indian Union, It had some 2 Crore  population. It was a big princely state and which is now divided into Maharashtra,   Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka according to the majority local languages of the people.

7.  In Nizams’ Hyderabad, some 70 % population was Hindus.  After the Partition of the country and the downfall of the last Nizam Mir Osman Ali Khan through the “Police Action” by the Union of India, most of the wealthy Muslims, left for Pakistan or abroad.  In 1956, during linguistic divisions of “Hyderabad State” among Andhra, Karnataka and Maharashtra, a large number of wealthy Muslims again shifted themselves into Maharashtra and Karnataka.

8.  On 01. 11. 1956, at the time of inclusion of Telugu speaking area or “Telengana” [including Hyderabad city] with Seemandhra; the Muslim population were just 15% of the Telengana population.  In greater Andhra Pradesh, this ratio came down to just 8% of the total state population.

9.  Between 1957 and 1987, there have been large scale migrations of poor Telengana agricultural workers to Coastal-Andhra and other parts of the country. Similarly, since, 1971 onwards, there have been a large scale migrations of Muslim population to Hyderabad and many other parts of Rayala-Telengana districts from the rest of the country and East Bengal [Now Bangladesh].

10.   In 2011, the AP population was 8. 5 Crore while the strength of Telengana was 3.5 Crore. Since, 2011, the minority Muslim population in Telengana Area has increased very fast.  Today, as on August 2013, the approximate population of AP is 10.5 Crores of which some 33%  are Muslims.  The majority of them are now housed in Telengana.

11.  Region wise, now (as on 2013) Telengana stands with 4 ½ Crore population and some 2. 45 crore of them are Muslims. The four districts of Rayalaseema houses some 1.5 crore population and some 40 lakhs of them are Muslims. The Coastal Andhra houses some 4.5 crore population of which some 45 lakhs are Muslims. Presently, According to Ration Cards data, Telengana stands with some 1 crore house hold cards and some 50 lakhs are belong to Muslims. According to MLA Constituency wise Voter ID information, the 119 constituencies of Telengana represents some 2.5 crore voters and 1.25 crore are Muslims.

12.  If the Telengana is made a new state now with Hyderabad as its capital; demographically, Muslims will be numerically more than Hindus.  Due to incompletion of Aadhaar and a large scale Bogus Voter ID Cards under every MLA Constituency, this sudden demographical imbalance cannot be questioned in a court of law. In brief, if Telengana is now made a new state, after 16th General Election; in 2014, the Telengana shall be the second Muslim Majority state in India after J&K.

13.  Prior to division of India, the population of this sub-continent was approximately 46 Crores. Some 11.5 Crores  or 25 % were Muslims;  some 32.2 Crores or 65 % were Hindus,   some 2.3 crores or 5 % were Sikhs and another 2.3 crore or 5 % were belonging to the all other religious communities.

14.  During the partition of India, out of 11.5 Crore Muslims, some 7. 5 Crores along with a most fertile 25% geographical area of India [9, 34 108 sq. kms area] established a new nation Pakistan on both sides of India which are now known as Bangladesh and Pakistan.  The 25% of the 4 crore Hindu Bangalis and Sikhs who lived on those parts of the old India returned to new India, some 25% lost their lives in Religious Carnage and some 50% who refused to change their place by Mr. Zinnah’s Secular Commitment, became the Pakistani Citizen.

15.   During partition, some 1. 5 Crores Hindus and Sikhs lost their lives in this partition carnage. Between years 1950-51, some 50 lakh Muslims returned to New India. According to 1951 Census, the total population of post independent India was 36.1 Crores of which the Muslim population was just 4 Crores or 11% of the total population.  According to 1961 Census, the total population of India 44 Crore and Muslim Population was 4.4 Crore or 10%.

16.   According to 1971 Census; the total population of India was 55 crores.  Among this total figure, some 78 % were Hindus, some 3% were Sikhs, some 3 % were Christians and some 16 % were Muslims.  In brief, in next 20 years, Muslim population reached in India from 4 crores to 9 crores. While the total growth in India first 20 years (since 1951) was 19 crores or 53 % of the total population but Muslim Population growth was some 125%.

17.  According to Census India 2001, the total population of the country was 102 Crore and according to 2013, it is approximately, 123 crore.  Demographically, some 25% of the population in India is now Muslims.  In brief, proportionally, the new India is once again returned to 1946 demographical ratio of old India.

18.   Presently, the birth rate among Muslims is approximately 4% while the birth rate among rest of the population is only 2% per year.  While the total population growth in India in last 66 years is 250% more than 1951Census but demography wise, among Muslims; it is 650%.

19.   During 1951, the total population of Pakistan (including East & West Pakistan) was 10 Crore and some 20% or 2 Crores were Hindus and Sikhs. In both sides, there were some 5 Crore Pakistanis, of which 20% or 1 Crore was Hindus and Sikhs. Today (as on year 2012), total population of present Pakistan is 18 Crore [including Pakistan Occupied Kashmir] while, in Bangladesh (as on year 2012), it is 16.1 Crore. Today, according to demography, the ratio of Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan is just 1% or 18 Lakhs while, in Bangladesh, it is 13% or 2.3 Crores.

20.   In 1947, Maharaja Hari Singh’s Jammu & Kashmir housed some 42 lakh population of which 35% or 15 Lakhs were Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists while some 27 lakhs were Muslims.  The Eastern Parts with Ladakh and Jammu and 50% of Srinagar City were largely settled by Hindus and Sikhs wherein the Western Part of Kashmir and 50% of Srinagar were largely settled by Muslims. During 1949 Pakistani attack, some 1/3 of the J&K Geography, along with 10 Lakh Muslim Population went under Pakistan. In brief, in 1951, demographically, the J&K had just 55% Muslim 45% Hindu Population but due to Pandit Nehru’s false philosophy, the J&K became the Majority Muslim dominated state by 1965.

21.  Today (as on year 2013), the total population of J&K is 1.2 Crores.  Of this, some 80% are Muslims.  Ie, while, on the one hand, today, the state Muslim population has increased by 5 times, the combined Hindu, Sikh and Buddhist population exceeded just by 50% of its 1948 strength.

22.  In all, while, in last 66 years of post Independent India, on the one hand, the Muslim population in India grew into 31.5 Crores from a meager 4 Crores of 1951; on the other hand, the Hindu, Sikh and Buddhist population in Pakistan and Bangladesh could not even retain the same figure which they recorded in Pakistan (including East & West Pakistan) in 1951.

23.  The Hindus and Sikhs in India adopted the family planning in 1951 itself but the successive post independent governments did not press this policy among Muslims.  While the descendants of 4 crore of Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan [now Pakistan and Bangladesh] now decreased by 3/4 but the Muslims in India flourished by 6 times and now once again face to face with 1946 demographic situation.

24.   Honoured Sirs / Madams, once upon a time, this entire world believed in Hindu Philosophy but today, only this part of the world is remained left for the Hindus as a motherland.  Do you want to destroy this part too?

25.  The states like AP, UP, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Bihar, Maharastra, Kerala, Karnataka, Manipur, Assam, Jharkhand, Gujarath and Capital City of Delhi now have more than 30% Muslim population. The creation of Telengana will not only increase another J&K in the southern heart land of this country but will also make an immediate demographical impact on all these major states. We have absolutely no ill-will against the entire race but we think, a brief retrospection of the division of British era Bengal on 16 October 1905 will be very important before a final division of Telengana from AP,

        (i) It was this geographical division of the big Bangali speaking state that immediately gave birth to Muslim League in Dhaka in 1906.

(ii) It was this reason, which gave birth to Hindu Maha Sabha in 1915.

(iii) It was this reason that gave Muslim League an exclusive right to rule 4 of the 11 British Indian Provinces and right to communalize those 4 provinces in 1937 under the Government of India Act 1935.

(iv) It was this reason that gave the Muslim League the dareness   to declare the “Independent States” for Muslims in the north-western as well as eastern areas of the country.

     (v) It was this reason which once again that snatched the ruling powers of these 4 constituencies in 1946 provincial elections and encouraged the Muslims for the divisions of this country in two different directions on 16th August 1946 and caused for the partition of India in 1947.

(vi) Finally, these were all took place one by one due to the British decision of dividing the Bengal on 16 October 1905 between two religious communities.

26.   Sirs, do you all want another partition of this remaining India through this division of this biggest linguistic state Andhra Pradesh? If allow, this time, it will be a bigger than a Russian Balkanization. Sirs, we are not in favour of Prithviraj Chauhans but we are against the Jaichands. We are against encouraging the Mohammed Ghories.

27.  The state Andhra Pradesh also houses the most sensitive defense institutes and industries for the country. The DMRL, DRDL, DLRL, RCI, BHEL, HAL, etc all situated surrounding the city of Hyderabad. The Ordinance Factory (in Medak) is not very far from the city.

28.   It is also the safest and most powerful 4th Regional Headquarters of the Army with a state of the art latest International Airport System in South India.  Do you want to destabilize the whole security system of this country through this state bifurcation?  Mrs. Sonia Gandhi is innocent. She does not have any idea about the partition of this country. She did not study in India. She has absolutely no knowledge about the latest social engineering which started after the death of YSR and KCR’s hunger strike in 2009.

29.   The Article 13 is the heart of our Constitution while the Article 368 is the brain of this statue book. The Constitution Acts 1971 (24th Amendment) and 1976 (42 th Amendment) have already weakened this brain. Today, the safety of this Article largely depends on [Article 368(2) (e)].   This provision can be saved only when all the states are equal and with equal number of MPs and MLAs are elected from every state of this country.

30.  Presently, the total strength of MLA seats in 28 states [including UTs Delhi and Puducherry; 70 +30] is 4109.  Under Article 368(2)(e), the content of the Article 368 can be changed only by the majority of both the houses of parliament along with a similar majority from ½ of the states;  ie.,  in a normal way, it must comprise at least 51% of the total MP and 51% of the MLA votes or some 276 LS votes, 126 RS votes and approximately 2100 MLA votes are necessary to change this Article but if you look at the 14 state assembly strength [Arunachal Pradesh(60), Chhattishgarh(90), Goa(40), Haryana(90),HP(68),J&K(76), Jharkhand(81), Manipur(60), Meghalaya(60),  Mizoram(40), Nagaland(60),  Sikkim(32), Tripura(60) and UK(70)]; the Article 368 can be changed by just 457 MLA votes along with 51% MP votes.

31. Considering the low constitutional knowledge among majority legislatures and parliamentarians, we are afraid that; it will not be a very difficult affair to the president of a ruling political party to destroy this provision.

32.  If the political parties misguide the people with Article 3 which are directly related to every adult-body of a state, we think, they can easily fool the people with Article 368.  There is already a hear-say here, that once, the old Hyderabad State is realized by invoking the historical agreement 1956 between Telengana and Seemandhra; the separation of J&K shall be easier from India.

33.   During freedom movement, the united Bengal was not only a big state but was also the biggest centre of politics, freedom movement and patriotism.  After independence, the state of Andhra Pradesh has the biggest legacy for the India’s rejuvenation and popularity in the world. It is this state which gave India leader like NTR and YSR.  Do you want to destroy this constructive legacy and want to pave the way for the religious balkanization of this country?

34.  In South India, it is not only the biggest state to guarantee the India’s freedom but is also one of the solid protectors of this constitution. Do you want to destroy this constitution through this bifurcation?
This information is sent to you under Article 51A of the Constitution of India.

Thank You,
Jai Hind.
