PRESSING NATIONAL ISSUES By Mr.B RAJENDER SINGH

1.   Today, we face a multiple pressing issues which need a very urgent and simultaneous clearance.  If these issues are not immediately solved, they will end this country.

2.   In 1946, there was only one Jinnah to divide the India and who divided the country into 3 parts but today, there is a Jinnah in every state in the remaining India to re-divide the every existing state into 4 parts to develop a separate country in every such new division.  In 1946, there had been only one appeasement face to encourage the religious fundamentalism and separatism in the country but today, in every state, there have been a dozen appeasement faces to support the fundamentalists and separatists.

3.   Sirs, today, the poor people of India wants the protection of this country from the Prithviraj Chauhans and Jaichands. Your lordships are also duty bound to protect this Constitution which control the unity and integrity of this country. You are the best judges to identify the patriotic leaders of this country. Will you please show the poor citizens of this country a New Subhash who can encourage the country into a broad unity or a New Patel who can once again reunite the minds of every Indian into a single patriotic thought to strengthen the unity of this country or can control its abnormal population growth? In our opinion, the Pressing Issues before this country today may be as following; Will your constitution bench find some time to go through the pressing national issues raised hereunder this Writ of PIL?

1. Protection of the Nation from Russian Balkanization

2. Protection of the Constitution of India

3. Control of Population Growth & Demographic Imbalance

4. Uniform Social, Economic, Political & Environmental Justice

5. Empowerment of Democracy
